What You’ll Be Doing- Leading large-scale strategic technology programs
- Partnering directly with executive leadership to shape strategic direction and technology priorities.
- Taking ownership of complex programs from strategy through delivery, not simply advising, but delivering outcomes.
- Building governance, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder engagement models that enable successful execution.
- Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to create a competitive advantage.
- Influencing senior stakeholders through strategic insight, structured thinking, and strong communication.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 6+ years’ experience managing technology programs.
- Time served in a management or technology consultancy.
- Strong engineering, STEM, or technical background.
- Proven experience leading complex strategic programs or cutting-edge technology initiatives.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, cloud platforms, or advanced analytics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capability.
- Someone who enjoys solving complex problems but also wants to see the real-world impact of their work.
