<p><strong>Service Desk Analyst</p> <p>1<sup>st</sup> / 2<sup>nd</sup> Line Support &#8211; Cloud / AD / 365 / ITIL / Windows 10</strong><br />  <br /> <strong>Leighton Buzzard &#8211; £28K plus structured progression plans!</strong><br />  <br /> We are looking for a <strong>Service Desk Analyst </strong>to join an international organisation with huge growth plans. You will be based in the office near Leighton Buzzard and be responsible for providing customer support via a service desk. You should have excellent communication skills, experience of working to SLA&#8217;s and a passion for technology. This is a great role for someone who has 1<sup>st</sup> / 2<sup>nd</sup> Line skills and is looking for the next step to progress their career. <br />  <br /> <strong>Key Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>ITIL <li>Azure <li>Active Directory  <li>Office365 <li>Windows 10 <li>Call logging  <li>Remote support  <li>Desktop support  <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  </ul> <p> This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation with excellent career opportunities.
