<h4><strong>AI Product Manager</strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong>Salary:</strong> $4,500 - $5,500 USD / month</p></li><li><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> B2B or Employment Contract (UoP)</p></li><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Warsaw (City Center)</p></li><li><p><strong>Work Model:</strong> Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)</p></li></ul><h3>Overview</h3><ul><li><p>Our client is an AI-native enterprise solutions company with purpose-built technology for public &amp; private companies, governments, institutions, asset managers, and family offices.</p></li><li><p>With headquarters in New York City and four global offices, they are supported by more than 300 engineers and delivery professionals across the globe.</p></li><li><p>By centralizing and unifying data, automating workflows, and surfacing predictive insights, our client enables organizations to scale operational excellence and generate alpha across complex enterprise environments.</p></li></ul><h3>The Opportunity</h3><ul><li><p>We are hiring an AI Product Manager on behalf of our client to lead their AI product stream, including an embedded AI assistant, document intelligence, and AI-powered dashboards and reporting.</p></li><li><p>We need a PM who understands how LLM products work in production, including embeddings, document retrieval, evals, tool/function calling, MCP, orchestration, and reliability.</p></li></ul><h3>Responsibilities and Duties</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Product Vision/Roadmapping</strong> for AI-powered experiences across the platform. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong> - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to manage successful product launches.</p></li><li><p><strong>Production AI Quality &amp; Reliability</strong> - Define how AI features should behave in production, including quality standards, evaluation criteria, permissions, latency expectations, and failure states.</p></li><li><p><strong>AI Product Judgment</strong> - Make strong product decisions about when to use AI, when to use traditional UX, and how to combine both effectively.</p></li><li><p><strong>Day-to-day Project Management</strong> - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Product Strategy and Customer Research</strong> - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze user data to support product decisions and feature prioritization.</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Product management experience building and shipping AI-powered/LLM-based products in production, ideally in data, analytics, automation, or developer/platform environments.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of embeddings, evals, tool calling, MCP, and AI product limitations.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to drive work forward and truly own the roadmap and execution of their product.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about working closely with engineering/design/QA teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.</p></li></ul>
