Data Processing Assistant – Fabrication Shop Location: Beaverton, OR Pay: $22–$25/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Flexible start time available) Who We Are: Our client is a well-established mechanical contractor specializing in process piping, plumbing, and industrial fabrication. What You'll Do: Enter fabrication drawing information into a custom tracking software with speed and accuracy. Organize and maintain fabrication files, quality control reports, certifications, and project documentation. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate records. Process material receipts and update inventory information within the tracking system. Assist with inventory management, purchasing support, and material stocking. Support the fabrication team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Maintain organized records while working in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
