Floor Lead TMD Staffing is hiring a Floor Lead for a growing reverse logistics and electronics recycling company in Taylor, TX. Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Job Summary The Floor Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting production employees, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This position requires someone who can lead by example, maintain quality standards, and keep the team productive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and production activitiesAssign tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goalsTrain and coach new employees on procedures and safetyEnsure quality standards are met throughout the production processAssist with sorting, testing, processing, and recycling electronic equipmentMaintain inventory accuracy and organized work areasCommunicate with management regarding production status and employee performancePromote a safe, clean, and efficient work environmentAssist with problem-solving and workflow improvements as neededQualifications Previous experience as a Floor Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or logistics environmentStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksBasic computer skillsReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shiftBenefits Weekly PayFull-time, long-term opportunityMonday–Friday scheduleOpportunity for growth with an established companyApply Today!
