Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (once every two weeks in the office) As a Senior Fullstack Developer – JavaScript & AWS, you will be working for our client, a global leader in healthcare and agriculture. You will contribute to solving major global challenges through cutting-edge solutions in crop science, focusing on creating sustainable farms, resilient plants, and thriving communities. Your role involves developing impactful software, building data analysis tools, automating data collection and reporting, integrating cloud systems, and implementing machine learning algorithms—shaping the future of sustainable agriculture and environmental preservation. Your main responsibilities: Develop and support business-critical solutions within an agile, global product-oriented team Solve organization-wide challenges related to identity and account management Design and document technical architecture and software solutions across teams Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and performance of all solutions Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner organizations Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth across the organization Continuously develop your skills and career in a dynamic environment You're ideal for this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset Deep knowledge of JavaScript, including runtimes, APIs, and ecosystem Extensive experience with Backend development using Node.js Proficiency in TypeScript with a focus on clean, maintainable code Strong front-end skills, including React, build tools, and performance optimization Cloud expertise—hands-on experience with AWS services like DynamoDB, Lambda, and Step Functions A product-oriented mindset—ability to understand business domains and suggest pragmatic solutions Excellent English communication skills and experience working within agile, product-driven organizations Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team across different time zones Willingness to learn, develop, and innovate in a fast-paced environment It is a strong plus if you have: Knowledge of Medusa.js Experience with SAP and Salesforce integration Language required for the role: Fluent English Eligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
