Responsibilities in your new role as Banqueting Chef de Partie

As a Banqueting Chef de Partie, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You'll design and prepare exquisite menus tailored to diverse event themes and dietary requirements, including vegan and allergy-conscious options, ensuring consistent quality and presentation for large-scale catering. You will also supervise, mentor, and train the junior members of the banquet kitchen team. Upholding the highest standards, you'll ensure strict adherence to all food hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety regulations, collaborating seamlessly with event planners and front-of-house staff to guarantee impeccable and smooth service.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with proven expertise as a Conference and Banqueting or Events Chef, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector. You will possess strong knowledge of culinary techniques, a passion for fresh food preparation, and an exceptional ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously with precision and calm. Your commitment to excellence, clear communication skills in English, and desire for continuous development will be key. 

Public transport is very limited, so being a driver or having your own transport may be advantageous, complemented by the free parking available.
