<h3><b>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></h3> <ul> <li> <p><b>Estimating &amp; Bidding:</b> Review proposal specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine the scope of work. Calculate labor, equipment, and material requirements to prepare accurate bid/estimate proposals.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Project Management:</b> Provide project administrative management for awarded contracts.
