Conveyancing Assistant

Sacco Mann is currently working with an award-winning Harrogate law firm who is looking to bring a Conveyancing Assistant to their highly successful Conveyancing team. This role will be suitable for someone with  6 months solid residential conveyancing experience under their belt, who is looking for a long-term career within conveyancing.

The Role

This is a brilliant assistant role where you will be working particularly closely with a very experienced conveyancing solicitor in the field. This team is all about relationship building and as a result they also receive a lot of repeat business.   It is to replace someone who has secured a training contract with the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting a solicitor with the sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property transactions
• Speaking with referrers and private clients
• Opening and closing files
• Drafting documents
• Ordering and chasing property searches

 About You

• At least 6 months experience working as a paralegal in a conveyancing including sales and purchases
• Proactive work ethic
• Committed member of the team
• Excellent client care skills
