Warszawa, Krakow — Hybrid work model (up to 4 remote days per week) As a Senior PL/SQL/Oracle Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in cloud platform solutions, dedicated to revolutionizing enterprise data management. Your expertise will support the development, optimization, and deployment of robust software solutions that underpin critical business functions, ensuring top-tier security and performance. Your main responsibilities: Organize and develop software solutions in line with security and development standards to support core business operations. Drive optimization of existing PL/SQL and Oracle codebases, employing techniques to enhance maintainability and quality. Select and configure software packages and deployment tools to optimize cost-efficiency and minimize operational impact. Implement and test strategies for quality assurance, ensuring high standards in delivered solutions. Conduct pre-project studies, assessing feasibility and clarifying requirements to ensure project success. You're ideal for this role if you have: 5+ years of professional experience in IT development, specifically in PL/SQL and Oracle database environments. Strong knowledge of IT development standards, tools, and methodologies, including SQL developers and BI Publisher. Hands-on experience with cloud-oriented platforms; AIX experience is a plus. Skills in database performance tuning, code review, and analysis of new Oracle features. Familiarity with test automation, IT security standards, and technical architecture rules. Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Fluency in English; French language skills are an advantage.
