Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and Data/AI projects for our clients. In this role, you will oversee planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of initiatives that help organizations become more data-driven. You will work with modern cloud technologies while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.    This role requires strong organization, ownership, business understanding, and excellent relationship-building skills ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment and can navigate both technical topics and client needs with confidence.    What makes you a great fit?   Key technologies Proven experience managing IT projects, ideally in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or AI domains. Background in consulting and external client-facing delivery is highly preferred. Strong technical understanding across analytics, data engineering, AI concepts, and modern cloud-based solutions. Demonstrated ability to own the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, beyond framework-specific methodologies. Ability to thrive under stress, adapt to fast-changing, dynamic environments, and manage multiple parallel tasks efficiently. English proficiency B2+, ensuring clear communication in international and client-facing contexts.   Soft skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes. Excellent organizational and planning skills, structured approach, and high attention to detail in all aspects of work. Solid relationship-building and collaboration skills, able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships. Skilled in conflict resolution and managing difficult situations while maintaining team engagement and motivation. Solid people management instincts, with the ability to guide, mentor, and support team members. Adaptable and committed to continuous learning, staying up to date with new tools, technologies, and methodologies in a rapidly evolving environment.     Nice to have Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Power Platform, Databricks, AI or other cloud-based data solutions.  Background in data analytics, machine learning, or modern BI.  Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master).        What will you do? Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and Data/AI projects - from scoping and planning to execution, risk management, and post-go-live support. Manage project portfolios across multiple clients while ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and strong team performance. Build trusted client relationships and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements with Analysts, Engineers, and Architects. Ensure smooth communication and alignment through steering meetings, reporting, and efficient stakeholder management. Support presales efforts by scoping work, preparing proposals, estimating effort, and identifying opportunities for additional value. Oversee workload, performance, and financial aspects of project delivery including: margin, settlements, and budget burn. Maintain high delivery standards, structured processes, and adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
