What You’ll Do:
As a Geotechnician - Development Analyst, you will play a key role in performing advanced geotechnical inspections, analyzing soil samples, interpreting data, and ensuring project compliance. Your expertise will help shape the foundation of major development initiatives, making a lasting impact on the community. You’ll work closely with project managers and inspectors, providing critical insights and supporting the successful execution of projects that matter.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in geotechnical field inspections and soil analysis
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical tests and procedures
  • Ability to interpret technical data and reports with accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid certification or license related to geotechnical inspection (if applicable)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various site locations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with advanced geotechnical equipment and technology
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in geotechnical inspection or related field

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work a 5/2 schedule
  • Ability to adhere to project safety and quality standards
  • References from previous inspectors or projects are highly valuable
