CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer Join our precision engineering team, specialising in high-quality aerospace components. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Hypermill CAM skills and experience working on HAAS and Heidenhain machines. Key Responsibilities Program, edit, and optimise CNC operations using Hypermill Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC machines Interpret complex aerospace drawings and 3D models Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality to AS9100/ISO 9001 standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency Conduct first-off inspections and maintain setup documentation Requirements 3+ years’ CNC programming experience using Hypermill Proficiency with HAAS and Heidenhain controllers Strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace manufacturing standards Skilled in machining aluminium, stainless steel, and polymers Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary & bonus opportunities Flexitime and annual leave Company pension Private medical insurance On-site canteen & parking Ongoing training and career development
