Leasing Agent

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Leasing Agent to help connect prospective residents with their next home. In this role, you will conduct property tours, assist with leasing applications, and provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being part of a fast-paced property management team.

Duties:

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
• Assist applicants with leasing paperwork and application processes
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and leasing inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain occupancy goals
• Coordinate move-in processes and resident communication
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
