Associate or Senior Associate - Insurance Litigation (Personal Injury) Top-Tier International Law Firm The Opportunity Join a leading disputes team working on high value, complex cases for major insurers and global corporates. The work includes personal injury, product liability, aviation, and property damage claims—often with international and multi-party elements.
The Role - Handle a mix of insurance cases - predominately Personal Injury files.
- Focus on personal injury and liability claims (product, aviation, property damage)
- Work on high-profile, cross-border matters
- Gain exposure to coverage advice (training provided if needed)
- Engage directly with global clients on both legal and commercial issues
About You - 2+ PQE in insurance litigation (personal injury focus preferred)
- Experience defending liability / bodily injury claims
- Exposure to product liability, aviation, or property damage is a bonus although not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong litigation skills and commercial awareness
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
