About the Role
Currently seeking a <strong>Business Financial Manager (BFM) </strong>who has experience providing financial support services directly to the Navy customer. You will be part of a large team that works closely with the <strong>Department of the Navy </strong>to deliver quality solutions. This position works directly with Senior Leaders as part of the collaborative and successful Finance team.<br />

<strong>Location</strong>: Combination of<strong> onsite & remote support</strong> @ the Navy Yard in Washington, DC. ( 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote). <br />

<strong>Clearance</strong>: Minimum Active Secret Required<br />
<br />
<strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Process funding documents in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning ERP (create/track/report)</li>
<li>Utilize Procurement Business Intelligence Service (PBIS) and Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) to provide financial analysis and reports as requested.</li>
<li>Create and distribute the weekly summary for ERP capturing all active year funding and developing automatic queries / reports. </li>
<li>Maintain, update, and distribute PX Tracker.</li>
<li>Provide customer interface for data used in the entry of Task Planning Sheets (TPS) and subsequent task modifications into the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).</li>
<li>Provide task monitoring of fiscal year allocation plans and execution reports.</li>
<li>Develop and edit PowerPoint briefings using ERP / NEPS and financial data involving advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li>
<li>Participate in planning meetings with government and business partners.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li>

<strong>Requirements:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Completed Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>Active Secret level security clearance</li>
<li>2-5 years of relative experience</li>
<li>PowerPoint and Excel skills </li>
<li>Knowledge of DOD Policies and Procedures, specifically including knowledge of the Navy Financial System and understanding of the requirements, planning and budget process is required.</li>
<li>Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) = Nice to have, will train.</li>
