A major international move management company has an immediate opening for a corporate move professional to join their London team. The Role: Corporate Move Coordinator, London [MPI-050021] Scope: The Move Coordinator is responsible for a caseload of relocating transferees and their families, mainly internationally for the entire move process; coordinating all household goods transport related services. Requirements: • Act as a single point of contact for the corporate client and their employee for the duration of the move • Coordinating all aspects of the removals process from start to finish • Receive enquiries from corporate, trade and private customers • Liaising with overseas agents/sister offices to ensure the efficient progress of moves • Ensure the efficient delivery of the removals process • Liaise with colleagues in other international offices and departments as required • Raising and checking invoicing • Data Integrity –  accurate and timely completion of database for reporting and service flow Candidate Requirements: • Experience of the corporate International Removals Industry • Work well under pressure • Be a team player • Well organised with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances as required • Have great communication skills, both verbal and written • Show initiative and a willingness to innovate • Ability to work within a team structure while delivering strong customer service • Good computer literacy
