Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

This position offers a flexible part-time schedule (3–4 days per week) with no nights, weekends, or holiday call, supporting an excellent work-life balance. For candidates seeking full-time employment, a hybrid schedule may be available, combining 3 days in the primary Westport office with 2 days in a secondary primary care location. This structure allows for a dynamic clinical experience while maintaining continuity of care within a collaborative practice model. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, practicing independently under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician. The provider will assume responsibility for patient care in alignment with their experience, training, and clinical judgment.
