Follows regulatory and hospital policies and procedures. Operates semi-automatic and automatic sterilization equipment and washers.</li><li>Receives, stocks, rotates, and checks goods. Pulls expired goods. Fills and distributes internal orders. Picks up reusable trays, equipment, and instruments.</li><li>Maintains and controls inventory. Maintains applicable records and files.</li><li>Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, manufacturer and infection control practices.</li></ul><h4>Key Success Factors</h4><ul><li>Knowledge of equipment and instrument sterilization methods and procedures preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology.</li><li>Relational skills to interact with patients and staff.</li><li>Ability to comply with safety, environmental, manufacturer and infection control practices.</li><li>Relational and communication skills.</li></ul><h4>Belonging Statement</h4><p>We believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported.</p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>EDUCATION - H.S.
