Hardware Engineer

Hardware Designer (Electronics) – Sweden ����
I’m currently looking for a Hardware Designer with 3–5 years of experience for an exciting consulting opportunity within product development.
In this role, you will work across the full product lifecycle — from early-stage design through to production, manufacturing support, and quality assurance. This is a hands-on position involving electronics design, lab work, and the use of measurement instruments. You will take ownership of your projects while collaborating closely with a team to deliver optimal solutions.
Key requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in hardware/electronics design
• Strong experience with PCB design (schematics and layout)
• Understanding of signal integrity, EMC, power supply, and thermal considerations
• Experience with microcontroller and/or FPGA-based systems
• Knowledge of analog design (basic to intermediate level)
• Solid lab and measurement/instrumentation experience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Important:

• Fluency in Swedish is required (this is essential for the role)
• English alone is not sufficient

Nice to have:

• Experience with customer interaction
• Exposure to project coordination or light project management
