Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Bilingual Scheduler for a client of ours in Cary, NC. This position is a temporary 12-week assignment that will require occasional overtime and some Saturday work.
Responsibilities
Contact Spanish speaking referral lists of patients to enroll in company’s services
Answer patient questions and follow-up with continuous communication
Manage calendar and set-up appointments for representatives to meet with patients in multiple time zones
Work in a team environment to accomplish weekly goals
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Previous Customer Service or Sales experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industries
Pharmacy experience is a huge plus
Must have a clean background check and drug screen
