<h3>Primary Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead, oversee, and review intricate tax projects and filings</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams regarding tax issues</li>
<li>Establish and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service</li>
<li>Create and execute strategic tax planning solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with Assurance & Advisory teams across functions</li>
<li>Manage workflow and assign tasks to tax staff and senior professionals</li>
<li>Represent clients in front of taxing authorities as necessary</li>
<li>Stay abreast of changing tax laws and regulations to provide relevant advice to clients</li>
<li>Mentor, guide, and develop high-performing tax experts</li>
<li>Support business growth initiatives and contribute to firm expansion</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>7–10+ years of progressive public accounting tax background</li>
<li>Solid experience in managing complex tax projects and client advisory services</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability in leading, mentoring, and nurturing staff</li>
<li>Experience in representing clients in dealings with taxing authorities</li>
<li>Active and valid CPA license</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting mandatory; Master’s in Taxation preferred</li>
</ul>
<h3>Additional Information</h3>

<li>Occasional travel for client meetings and firm functions</li>
<li>Overtime required at various times throughout the year</li>
<li>Busy season (January–April) may necessitate workweeks exceeding 55 hours</li>
