Role Overview
This is a client-facing role within a capital markets technology provider, focused on managing and developing relationships with institutional clients using trading, market infrastructure, and post-trade platforms. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring platform adoption, service quality, and long-term account growth across buy-side and sell-side environments.
Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help translate client needs into actionable insights, supporting retention, expansion, and overall client satisfaction within a regulated, technology-driven financial markets environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with institutional capital markets clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client service and engagement
Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing platform usage
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell in collaboration with sales
Liaise with product and engineering teams on client feedback and requirements
Monitor service performance and ensure high client satisfaction
Required Experience
Client relationship or account management experience within fintech or financial services
Strong understanding of capital markets, trading, or market infrastructure
Experience working with technology platforms or SaaS products
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across client organisations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to trading systems (OMS / EMS) or post-trade platforms
Buy-side or sell-side client experience
Knowledge of electronic trading or market data
Experience in regulated financial environments
