Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.
- Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Support pupils’ personal, social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies.
- Contribute to school events, enrichment activities and wider school life.
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed at all times.
Pre-requisites:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge.
- Be able to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Have excellent classroom management skills.
- Show a commitment to raising standards and pupil outcomes.
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to provide references covering recent employment history.
