Role Summary

This is an office-based Direct Sales position based in Kent. The key focus of the role will be to generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and booking client meetings. It is an entry-level position with the chance of commission quarterly and opportunities to grow and develop within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and approaching new clients through cold calls, email outreach, and other prospecting methods
• Booking client meetings and presentations
• Maintaining accurate CRM/ERP records
• Supporting the sales team with proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Providing feedback on market trends and customer needs

Requirements:

• Previous sales, telemarketing, or lead-generation experience is preferred
• Confident communicator
• Self-motivated
• Organised
• Target-driven
• Interest in science or industrial products is preferred but not essential
