Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in measurement, specifically with Bakken.
• Proven ability to assess, guide, and elevate contractor competency in measurement practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of measurement procedures and standards.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to evaluate and provide guidance on measurement techniques and practices.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in the upstream oil and gas industry.
• Previous experience in training or technical coaching roles.
• Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and protocols.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical training or certifications related to measurement or instrumentation.
• Prior experience as a Technical Trainer III or equivalent role.
• At least 10 years of relevant field experience.

• High School diploma or GED
