With a portfolio of nearly 50 apartment communities serving more than 2,000 residents, they have built a strong reputation for creating inclusive neighborhoods and fostering long-term community partnerships. Their team is committed to making a meaningful impact while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and resident service. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Process move-in applications, transfers, annual and interim recertifications, and compliance updates for a portfolio of affordable and market-rate housing communities. Review rental applications and determine eligibility in accordance with HUD, Tax Credit, MFTE, and other affordable housing program requirements. Prepare electronic lease documents and process waitlist applicants for subsidized housing programs. Maintain accurate tenant records and update property management databases with a high level of accuracy. Coordinate annual and interim certifications while ensuring deadlines are met and subsidy compliance is maintained. Process housing voucher changes and resident accommodations in accordance with Fair Housing and ADA requirements. Collaborate with Property Management and Leasing teams to support occupancy goals and portfolio compliance. Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and tenant files while handling confidential resident information professionally. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: At least 1 year of experience working with affordable housing programs such as HUD, Tax Credit, MFTE, HOME, or similar housing assistance programs. Experience processing certifications and maintaining compliance documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills. Ability to communicate professionally with residents, applicants, and internal teams. Ability to work independently while prioritizing a high-volume workload. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Affordable Housing certification (HUD, Tax Credit, or related program). Experience working with diverse populations. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA requirements, and Washington landlord-tenant laws. Previous experience in property management or compliance administration.
