Functie As Manager Accounting & Credit Control, you will play a key role in building an efficient, scalable, and internationally standardized finance organization. You will ensure that the Accounting and Credit Control teams operate as one integrated function, while continuously improving processes and enhancing the quality of accounting and reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO, you are responsible for safeguarding financial integrity and further professionalizing the finance organization in Ede. Your key responsibilities include: Leading the Accounting (5 FTE) and Credit Control (4 FTE) teams Developing team members and building a future-proof finance organization Establishing clear structures, responsibilities, and performance metrics Standardizing and optimizing financial processes across the organization Managing and improving finance systems, including SAP S/4HANA Implementing best-practice standards for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Profiel Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field 5-10 years of relevant working experience Background in accounting is preferred, combined with experience in an international trading or manufacturing environment Proven experience in managing and developing teams Strong technical affinity; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus Aanbod A key position within a fast-growing, internationally operating organization High level of autonomy and responsibility in driving process improvements Salary between €7,000 and €9,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience Performance-based EBITDA bonus of 10% Company car 28 vacation days Pension scheme with 60% employer contribution Fully covered disability insurance Training and development budget Hybrid working possibilities Laptop and phone Access to an in-house gym Contact Danny Broere Referentienummer JN-042026-6998100
