Family Nurse Practitioner

Seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)* to join our clinical care team in Lexington SC This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care while collaborating closely with a dedicated healthcare team. You will manage your own panel of patients and contribute to improving outcomes through diagnosis, treatment, chronic care management, and health counseling. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered primary care: assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling Manage chronic and acute conditions for patients across all age groups Conduct routine physicals, health screenings, and wellness visits Educate patients on preventive health, lifestyle, and behavior change Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to coordinate care Perform clinic operations: open/close clinic, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection Maintain clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Required: Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Active and unrestricted FNP license in the state of Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) DEA registration (or in process at time of offer) High school diploma or GED (verifiable) COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption) Core Skills & Competencies Independent clinical decision-making and patient advocacy Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills Technologically proficient (EMRs, telehealth tools) Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Open to multi-state licensure (if required) Clinic Hours Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Schedule includes every other weekend and potential holiday rotations.
