Key Responsibilities Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer base Processing sales orders and pick notes for the relevant branch Processing inbound e-orders Processing mixed paint orders with paint room Taking initial customer service queries Back-order processing Counter sales support where applicable Communicating regularly with the Sales Manager Skills and Experience Customer service experience Good communication skills A strong eye for detail, especially when completing stock back orders and maintaining communication at all times with customers.
