Counterbalance FLT Driver<br> <br> 📍 Brough<br> 💷 £13.70 per hour + potential pay increase<br> 🕒 Full Time | Sunday to Friday<br> ⏰ 6:00am – 2:30pm (some days may extend until 4:00pm)<br> <br> Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a horticultural client, for an FLT Driver to join their friendly and supportive team based in Brough.<br> <br> This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a good work ethic and positive mindset who is looking for long-term, full-time work within a well-established business.<br> <br> The Role:<br><ul><li>Operating a Counterbalance FLT with a 3m extension</li><ul><li>Using a Grab FLT attachment (Training will be provided)</li><li>Loading and moving pallets safely around site</li><li>Aligning pallets manually (by hand) when required</li><li>Supporting with hand-stacking duties (approximately 2 hours per shift)</li><li>Ensuring 24 pallets are prepared and ready by 8am </li><li>Working within a busy but welcoming & safe environment</li></ul></ul><br><br> What We’re Looking For:<br><ul><li>Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (Accredited licence preferred, i.e. RTITB or ITSARR)</li><ul><li>Previous Grab FLT experience is desirable but not essential</li><li>Comfortable working both on and off the truck</li><li>Reliable with a strong working mindset</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></ul><br> <br> Shift & Pay:<br><ul><li>Some shifts may extend until 4:00pm depending on workload</li><ul><li>X2 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break </li><li>£13.70 per hour with potential for pay progression</li></ul></ul><br> <br> Recruitment Process:<br><ul><li>Initial site induction</li><ul><li>30-minute FLT assessment</li></ul></ul><br> <br> If successful, candidates will then need to complete a paid 8-hour trial day before starting their assignment fully.
