Employment Partner

A leading national law firm is looking to expand its team with the addition of an Employment Partner in its Manchester office.

The Role

You’ll advise clients across both the private and public sectors on a broad range of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. From handling workplace disputes to providing strategic HR advice, you’ll manage your own caseload while delivering high-quality legal support.

You’ll also play an active role in networking and business development, contributing to a growing and loyal client base.

About You

• 6+ years’ PQE in Employment law
• Strong ability to manage your own caseload
• A team player with excellent client relationship skills
• Commercially aware and proactive in business development
