Contract Support – FM / Engineering Contract

Contract: Permanent | Monday–Friday
We are recruiting a Contract Support professional to join a facilities management team delivering services across the East London NHS estate.
This role will support the operational and engineering teams by providing financial, administrative and contract coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of building maintenance services across multiple healthcare sites.
The Role
As Contract Support, you will act as a central coordination point between engineers, management teams, suppliers and the client.
Key responsibilities include:
Raising and managing purchase orders, invoices and quotations
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for reactive and planned works
Supporting engineers with work orders and maintenance scheduling
Updating CAFM systems and tracking job progress
Producing monthly reports and contract performance data
Monitoring callouts and ensuring works are completed within SLA targets
Liaising with the client regarding invoices, reporting and service delivery
Supporting compliance documentation and contract administration
Contract Support plays a vital role in ensuring contract performance, financial accuracy and service delivery across the estate.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Contract Support, FM administration or service coordination
Strong organisational and financial administration skills
Experience raising purchase orders, invoices and reporting
Comfortable using CAFM systems, Excel and reporting tools
Professional communication skills in a client-facing environment
Package
Up to £35,000 basic salary
Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
