CNS-Solutions & Support GmbH was founded in 2004 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of FREQUENTIS AG, specialising in the development of innovative software products and solutions for the Public Transport, Public Safety, Maritime, Air Traffic Management and Defence sectors, with a particular focus on Incident and Crisis Management in an international environment. Key Tasks

• You develop tailored sales strategies for your customers and continuously strengthen and expand customer relationships.
• You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial contact and negotiations through to contract closure.
• You build and maintain long-term customer relationships in a sustainable manner.
• You work closely with Product Management, Solution Engineering and Project Teams.
• By leveraging the insights and experience gained through customer interactions, you actively contribute to the further development of our products.
• You will be part of a young and dynamic team, and we offer comprehensive training opportunities to enhance your sales expertise and support your career development within the Frequentis Group.
• You will thrive in an international working environment with customers across Europe and Australia.

Key Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Public Transport or Public Safety domain is an advantage.
• Experience as a Product Owner and/or in Strategic Project Management is considered a plus.
• Experience in sales, particularly in solution selling (high level of ownership, ability to work independently, and experience in building and qualifying a sales pipeline).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent networking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German skills, as you will be working with international customers.

Salary

We offer a gross annual salary starting from EUR 80,000 as well as an attractive package of additional benefits. The actual salary will be determined based on your professional experience, qualifications and skills and reflects our commitment to offering a competitive overall compensation package.
