About the Role
As a Documentation Specialist (f/m/d)*, you will play a key role in shaping how knowledge is created, structured, and shared at Parloa. Your work will empower internal teams, customers, and partners by turning complex product and AI concepts into clear, reliable, and accessible documentation – becoming a trusted source of truth as we scale.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Create and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation, including product documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases, and release notes.
Structure and organize information so it is easy to find, reuse, and scale across teams and audiences.
Own and continuously improve documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts across Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, and other teams to capture and validate knowledge.
Translate complex technical and AI-related concepts into content tailored for different audiences, from internal teams to customers and partners.
Keep documentation up to date in a fast-moving product environment with frequent releases and evolving features.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
4–7+ years of experience owning documentation in a scaling SaaS, AI, or product-driven company.
Strong background in both technical and customer-facing documentation (such as product docs, APIs and help centers).
Proven experience building and scaling documentation standards, templates, and processes.
Experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams to document fast and frequent releases.
Confidence in translating AI or agent-based concepts into clear, structured guidance for non-expert audiences.
A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and quality.
A product-thinking mindset, with a focus on user journeys, enablement, and adoption.
