Engineer, Project-MOC(Management of Change) Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Engineering Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Ref No 15989 Engineer, Project-MOC(Management of Change) Penspen is looking for an Engineer, Project-MOC for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. He will be responsible for managing, controlling, and documenting changes to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects Qualification Required An Engineering Degree in Civil /Mechanical/Electrical from a recognized University. Experience Required Minimum 10+ years of experience in which 10 years should be in the MEGA oil and gas processing projects Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas construction, with 3-5 years specializing in MOC for EPCM projects. Liaising between engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients (such as ADNOC) to secure necessary approvals. Experience in technical submittal reviews, contractor claims management, and site inspections ADNOC experience is an added advantage. ##LI-VV1
