You will play a key role in shaping major regeneration and development projects across the borough.</p> <hr data-start="675" data-end="678" /> <p data-start="680" data-end="692"><strong data-start="680" data-end="692">THE ROLE</strong></p> <p data-start="694" data-end="882">As a Principal Development Management Officer, you will lead on a wide range of Development Management projects, including complex major applications and strategically significant schemes.</p> <p data-start="884" data-end="1206">You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-application through to determination and appeals, while working closely with senior stakeholders, elected members, and multidisciplinary teams.
