Kitchen Porter - Radlett

Location: Radlett, Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + Tronc (Tips)
Hours: Full-Time (5 days per week, Monday to Sunday rota)
Shift Times: Day shifts only (No late nights!)

About the Role

A charming, busy tearoom in Radlett is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join their friendly team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves staying active, takes pride in keeping a workspace clean, and wants to work standard daytime hours without the burnout of late-night hospitality shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and wash-up areas.

• Assist the chefs with basic food preparation tasks when needed.

• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and safely.

• Help restock deliveries and keep storage areas organized.

What We Are Looking For

• Availability: Must be able to work 5 days a week across a Monday to Sunday rota.

• Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and a great team player.

• Transport: Due to the location, you must have your own reliable transport to get to the tearoom.

• Experience: Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus, but not essential. A positive attitude is what matters most!
