On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: · Assuring that all products meet the highest standard of quality. · Performing pre-inspection and post-inspection of cores and materials. · Following all safety rules and ISO requirements. · Adhering to all company rules and policies. · Keeping work areas clean and organized. · Knowing the difference and being able to identify magnet wire types as well as imperfections and crossed wires. · Ensuring that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards. · Ensuring machines are running properly to avoid unnecessary down time. · Finishing units to the production specification sheet. · Performing Total Preventive Maintenance duties. What will help you thrive in this role? · High School Diploma. · 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. · Solid understanding of measurements using standard and metric measuring devices. · Ability to set up finishing machines and an understanding of machine settings and functions (required) · Ability to operate a hoist properly and safely. · Ability to lift to 35 pounds (required) · Ability to stand for extensive periods of time.
