Flat Line Machine Operator Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Flat Line Machine Operator to join our team! Use cranes and other equipment for material handling. Plan resources, create batch records, audit, and post production data. Physically load scrapped foam onto conveyors and operate the baler during downtime. Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures in the bun room. Cross-train on additional equipment for operational flexibility. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Prior machine operation experience required. Chemical manufacturing experience is a plus. Skills: Ability to read a tape measure, follow detailed work instructions, and enter data into a computer. Math & Reasoning: Basic mathematical skills, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail. Safety & Quality Focused: Strong track record of safe work practices and quality assurance.
