About the Role

At Lanes Group, we’re seeking organised, dedicated candidates to fill office-based jobs across our network of nationwide depots.

Our teams of integral office-based staff are heavily relied upon behind the scenes to make sure our field engineers and drivers have all of the information they need to satisfy the requirements of our millions of clients in their time of need. These administrator jobs are intensely customer-focused, with an emphasis on strong communication skills.

What will the induction process be like?

Our induction process can vary depending on the role, however a full HR induction as well as a Health and Safety induction are carried out on your first day of work usually with your line manager or immediate supervisor.

How long will the selection process take?

There are no set stages to the selection process. For more senior roles you might meet us on several occasions before we reach a final decision. We understand the pressures of looking for work and we aim to operate efficiently and effectively so we minimise your time investment in the selection process.

Does Lanes pay expenses to candidates travelling to interviews/assessment centres?

No, we do not offer any reimbursement for expenses you incur attending an interview or an assessment centre.

How does the interview process work?

Depending on the role the interview format can vary. If you are successful you will be invited along to the location you have applied to and you can learn more about us as well as us learning more about you. Should there be any specific requirements i.e. presentations or assessments you will be given plenty of time to prepare.
