and bi-weekly payroll for US business units ensuring<span> </span></span><span>accurate</span><span><span> </span>hours, earnings,<span> </span></span><span>fringes</span><span><span> </span>and deductions according to company guidelines.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Assists</span><span><span> </span>with payroll funding</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>balancing</span><span>, and reconciliation activities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Partner with the<span> </span></span><span>Tax Accountant<span> </span></span><span>on</span><span><span> </span>tax research and filings.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Assists with General Ledger entries</span><span>, recon</span><span>ciliations,</span><span><span> </span>and research.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with t</span><span>he HRIS<span> </span></span><span>team<span> </span></span><span>on payroll configuration</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>testing</span><span>, implementations</span><span>, and system upgrades.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serve as subject matter expert to ensure company compliance with<span> </span></span><span>payroll<span> </span></span><span>as applicable to withholdings, payment of wages, garnishment, child<span> </span></span><span>support</span><span><span> </span>and voluntary deductions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Collects,<span> </span></span><span>coordinates</span><span><span> </span>and enters payroll data and<span> </span></span><span>maintains</span><span><span> </span>related payroll records.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Resolve escalated/complex employee issues that require managerial intervention or involve other process areas.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Back up to the payroll team for other pay groups.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Responds to and assembles data as needed for various external audits.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Sets up, processes and responds to child support and wage garnishments.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Responds to<span> </span></span><span>verifications</span><span><span> </span>of employment and unemployment notices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Implement process improvements where opportunities for assigned.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span>Qualifications</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Payroll processing experience in a large multi-state, multi-company environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Workday experience is<span> </span></span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with UKG Timekeeping (Kronos Dimensions) preferred</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Canadian Payroll experience<span> </span></span><span>preferred</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong Microsoft Office<span> </span></span><span>skills, particularly Excel, with
