About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care Monday through Friday, with occasional, as-needed weekend visits. This position does not include formal inpatient responsibilities. You will maintain a small, manageable patient panel and offer 24/7 accessibility for urgent patient needs, except when on vacation or covered by a colleague.
We are looking for physicians who are eager to engage in all facets of patient care β from fitness testing and EKG acquisition to spirometry and phlebotomy β ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Concierge Medicine Component:
This unique role incorporates the principles and responsibilities of concierge medicine, offering personalized, attentive care and fostering close patient-physician relationships. Candidates should be comfortable and enthusiastic about embracing this model, which emphasizes accessibility, continuity, and individualized care.

Qualifications:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Clinical competency in primary care and internal medicine practice
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong analytical abilities
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
Commitment to creating a safe, effective, and collaborative work environment
Active or eligible for Illinois medical license
