Job Description Lead and oversee daily CNC machining operations to ensure efficient production of complex aerospace components Drive adherence to quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets across all production activities Manage production scheduling, workforce allocation, and KPI performance to optimize operational efficiency Coordinate critical resources including labor, materials, and equipment to meet production demands Drive process development and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles Optimize machining performance and provide technical leadership across all CNC operations Directly supervise 11 team members spanning CNC milling, lathes, finishing, assembly, buffing, polishing, and shipping departments Key Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in CNC or metal working processes Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, formulate actionable plans, develop processes, and drive accountability Proficient in ERP systems with strong scheduling and resource planning capabilities Demonstrated experience in production leadership within a manufacturing environment Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines All applications must be accompanied by a resume and contact information Please forward your resume to Daniel Pierdomenico reference job #10550DP
