About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (Quote-to-Cash) who will be responsible for the evaluation, design, development, and testing of new and existing features and processes. You will understand business requirements and will use best-practice methodologies to translate these into technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies, streamline quote generation processes, and ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules. What you'll do Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements related to quoting, order processing, products, pricing, and contract management. Design and configure Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions, including product setup, pricing strategies, discounting rules, and quote templates. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain Salesforce flows, custom objects, validation rules, Apex, and integrations (including AvaTax). Identify process improvements and recommend scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and architecture. Troubleshoot complex CPQ and Billing issues and manage enhancement requests within the Salesforce platform. Lead or contribute to CPQ and Billing projects, ensuring proper testing, documentation, and smooth deployment. Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions. What you'll likely to bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with strong focus on Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Billing Hands-on experience with CPQ & Billing, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracts, amendments, and order management Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Salesforce certifications (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Billing Consultant, Platform Developer) and experience with Apex / Lightning / Conga are a plus #LI-AJ1 #LI-HYBRID About Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
