CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift - Metal Fabrication Shift: 2nd Shift Pay Rate: $25.00/hour CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality precision parts while maintaining safety and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture parts according to blueprints and specifications. Load materials, perform machine adjustments, and identify equipment issues during production. Use precision measuring instruments to verify product quality and maintain tight tolerances. Read blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions to ensure accurate production. Complete production documentation and communicate any concerns with supervisors or lead personnel. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Qualifications: Previous CNC machine operation and setup experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
