JCW sucht derzeit im Auftrag einer wachstumsstarken Bank mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main einen Finanzierungsspezialist/in für den Bereich Investoren, Bauträger und Projektentwicklung.

Aufgaben

• Betreuung und Ausbau eines Portfolios großer Immobilienkunden
• Neukunden und Mandate gewinnen, unter Berücksichtigung von Ertrag und Risiko
• Laufende Finanzierungen begleiten
• Komplexe Verhandlungen führen, individuelle Finanzierungskonzepte erarbeiten
• Großvolumige Immobilienfinanzierungsanträge beantragen und votieren
• Kundenverbindungen im Rahmen der Kompetenzen disponieren
• Kreditvereinbarungen mit Banken und Finanzinstitutionen verhandeln und abschließen

Profil

• Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Kundenberatung, mit fundierter Expertise in der Investoren-, Bauträger- und Projektentwicklerfinanzierung sowie in der Immobilienfinanzierung
• Beratungsorientierte Kommunikation, sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
