We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Flutter Engineer (m/w/d) to support us in building the fastest & most intuitive shopping app using a brand-new tech stack onsite in Hamburg or Berlin!
The Shop Applications Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing product.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive the development of high-performance mobile features using Dart and Flutter.
Collaborate cross-functionally with experienced Developers, Product Managers, QA, and Designers to successfully ship new components and features.
Implement high-leverage features directly focused on optimizing UI/UX and improving conversion rates.
Actively shape team processes through participation in Agile retrospectives.
Define acceptance criteria with PMs and stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to feature requirements and quality standards.
WHO YOU ARE
Proven track record with 4+ years of programming experience, including at least one year of dedicated App development experience.
Extensive expertise in Frontend Development, ideally spanning multiple frameworks.
Deep mastery of Flutter
Strong technical expertise in UI development and architecting complex frontend logic.
Possess a profound understanding of building complex frontend logic.
A commitment to writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, and proactively safeguarding code base quality.
Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable operating effectively within an English-speaking environment.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle conceptual, non-standard problems and exercise sound judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
High Autonomy and Ownership: Highly motivated, takes full ownership of tasks, and can implement a complex feature with minimal managerial oversight.
Strong Communicator: Ability to communicate transparently, honestly, and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Product, Design).
Team Player: Actively shares knowledge, mentors other team members, and is focused on achieving collective team goals.
