<h2><strong>Day-to-Day</strong></h2>
<p>Your typical day will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and specifications.</li>
<li>Leading project meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.</li>

<p>As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will:</p>

<li>Produce detailed technical drawings using <strong>Revit</strong> (primary) and <strong>AutoCAD</strong>.</li>
<li>Act as <strong>Lead Designer</strong> or <strong>Principal Designer</strong>, ensuring compliance with the <strong>Building Safety Act</strong> and UK Building Regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage information flow between clients, contractors, consultants, and the wider design team.</li>
<li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.</li>
<li>Contribute to design and technical problem-solving across multiple projects.</li>
<li>Ensure all designs meet regulatory and safety standards.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>A degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or Architecture.</li>
<li>A minimum of <strong>5+ years’ experience</strong> in an Architectural Technologist or Architect role.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in <strong>Revit</strong> and <strong>AutoCAD</strong> (essential).</li>
<li>A solid understanding of <strong>UK Building Regulations</strong> and associated standards.</li>
<li>Experience acting as Lead Designer or Principal Designer, with knowledge of the <strong>Building Safety Act</strong>.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead and coordinate project teams across multiple sectors.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.</li>
<li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.</li>
