About the Role
<p><strong>CF0662 | London | £35K – £45K</strong></p>
<p>An excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced healthcare PR perhaps looking for that next step in terms of learning and progressing. It’s expected that you’ll have a good grounding in healthcare and or a desire to move into a specialist area of PR and communications that will shine a light in terms of the issues and complexities of this fast developing, highly newsworthy sector.</p>
<p>The role will include a good mix of both corporate and consumer PR and would be a great opportunity for someone looking to work across all related client programmes.</p>
<p>Ideally, you will have already worked at Account Executive or Senior Account Executive/Consultant level and are ready to make to move into a more responsible position.</p>
<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Client relationship management, development of new ideas and PR activities, high level media and influencer relations and pro-active planning and financial reporting</li>
<li>Responsibility for client programmes including planning, content creation, day-to-day media and influencer relations, measurement and reporting.</li>
<li>Understand key competitor behaviour and demonstrate ways to counter such activities</li>
<li>Lead and participate in the presentation of new and existing business pitches.</li>
<li>Establish multiple relationships within client organisations including members of the PR and marketing teams and key spokespeople</li>
<li>Expertise in all aspects of writing and development of effective materials and presentations</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of client results while motivating, supporting and developing team members</li>
<li>Provide team management that encourages, supports and develops team members.</li>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsibility for managing successful healthcare programmes within a consultancy environment, either consumer or ethical</li>
<li>Experience and ability in new business.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration, team building and people management skills.</li>
<li>Good client retention and relationship management capabilities.</li>
<li>Motivated by a dynamic, growing, and opportunistic environment.</li>
<li>Ability to think outside the box and deliver tangible value against client objectives.</li>
<li>Crisis and issues management experience is desirable but not essential</li>
<li>Ambition to help grow our practice with new clients, new initiatives, and more award worthy work.</li>
